Meet Jennifer

I am a compassionate healthcare professional and advocate dedicated to improving care systems for seniors. My work is driven by a deep belief that every individual deserves to live with dignity, respect, and meaningful connection throughout their healthcare journey.

My path to healthcare leadership has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences. Growing up with ADHD in a time when it was widely misunderstood, I often faced challenges that led others to underestimate my abilities. Those experiences taught me resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of advocating for individuals who feel overlooked or unheard. It wasn’t until I began my college journey that I fully recognized my potential, ultimately graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration.

Today, I am pursuing my MBA with a concentration in accounting at Southern New Hampshire University, where I continue to build the leadership, financial, and operational skills needed to improve healthcare systems. I am also proud to be a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, where I have further developed my leadership and professional growth.

In my role as a caregiver with Amada Senior Care, I support seniors in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This work has given me firsthand insight into the challenges that older adults and their families face when navigating complex healthcare systems. It has strengthened my commitment to creating environments where individuals feel supported, valued, and truly cared for.

My long-term goal is to become a licensed nursing home administrator, where I can lead compassionate, high-quality long-term care environments that prioritize not only physical health, but also emotional well-being and human connection.

Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about community service, lifelong learning, and creating meaningful impact. I am currently involved in initiatives that help seniors learn technology so they can stay connected with loved ones, access healthcare resources, and navigate digital systems with confidence.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple mission: to help create healthcare systems that are more compassionate, accessible, and human-centered—so that every person can live with dignity and support.

What Sets Me Apart

My ability to combine compassionate, hands-on care with a vision for improving healthcare systems. I don’t just focus on completing daily tasks, I focus on ensuring that every individual I care for feels valued, respected, and truly supported.

I Lead With Empathy and Purpose

Many caregivers are compassionate, but I intentionally connect my care to a broader mission: improving the care experience.

  • Prioritize dignity, connection, and emotional well-being

  • Build meaningful relationships with those I care for

  • Treat each individual as a person, not just a client

“I don’t just provide care, I create human-centered experiences.”

I Understand Care From Personal and Professional Perspectives

My experiences with ADHD, health challenges, and navigating complex systems have given me a unique level of empathy and understanding.

  • I know what it feels like to be misunderstood or underestimated

  • I understand how overwhelming healthcare systems can be

  • I advocate for individuals who may not feel heard

“I bring real-life insight, not just training”

I Combine Caregiving With Leadership and Education

As an MBA student, I am developing the skills to improve healthcare systems, not just work within them

  • I think about efficiency, communication, and system improvement

  • I look for ways to enhance care environments

  • I bring a leadership mindset into everyday caregiving

“I’m not just a caregiver, I’m a future healthcare leader”

I Take Initiative to Solve Real Problems

I don’t wait for change, I create it.”

  • Teaching seniors how to use technology

  • Helping them stay connected and access healthcare resources

“I actively work to remove barriers and improve lives.”

I Focus on Connection, Not Just Care

I understand that quality of life is about more than physical needs.

  • I help reduce isolation

  • Encourage communication with family and loved ones

  • Support emotional well-being

“I care about the whole person, not just their needs.”
